Our Advertising team deliver high-impact, innovative recruitment advertising campaigns across job boards, digital media and microsites. A small but growing team with a clearly defined career path from Trainee Account Handler to Director.

Trainee Account Handler

The Prospectus Trainee Account Handler programme is an opportunity for people with minimal advertising experience but lots of potential to start their career in recruitment advertising.

You will spend six months working alongside a Senior Account Manager developing your knowledge and understanding of the business, the recruitment advertising industry, and the beyond profit sector by shadowing and working. You will also attend a series of interactive workshops and undertake training that supports your development within this role.

Account Handler

Our Account Handlers provide high quality administrative support to the Advertising team, assisting in the production and promotion of digital and print advertising campaigns.

Account Manager

Our Account Managers grow revenues for Prospectus’ recruitment advertising division by maintaining relationships with existing clients and winning new business. They use imagination and creativity coupled with media expertise to deliver outstanding talent acquisition campaigns that deliver tangible positive outcomes for our clients.

They are our go-to people both internally and externally for colleagues and clients seeking advice on talent acquisition strategies.

Senior Account Manager

Our Senior Account Managers work closely with the Director of Advertising, constantly looking to deliver inventive new strategies and market them to clients within the sector.

Associate Director

Leading the Advertising team, the Associate Director is part of our Senior Management Team and line managers the account handlers and account managers.

We don’t work on commission at Prospectus but we do have an annual profit related bonus scheme. This is allocated based on both performance and behaviours that are in line with our values-led approach to working with each other and our sector.

Annual leave allowance for full time employees starts at 28 days a year plus bank holidays. This increases to 30 days once you’ve been with us for two years and 35 days when you reach five years.

Everyone also gets six days off each year, in addition to annual leave, to volunteer with organisations of their choice
