Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Across our Recruitment and Executive divisions we have opportunities for you to join us as a Consultant, a Senior or a Principal. Perhaps you’re interested in leading a team or maybe you just want to work at a more senior level. All of our consultants share a passion for the beyond profit sector but that doesn’t mean you need to have worked in it before to join us. Recruitment is recruitment – although our non-commission approach may take a while to get used to! All of our consultants are 360 but the way they work or what targets they work to may be different depending on the part of the sector they work in or the type of recruitment they do.

The Package

Salary information for each role will be included with any live vacancies we have – we will always be transparent about salary range when recruiting. We don’t work on commission at Prospectus but we do have an annual profit related bonus scheme. This is allocated based on both performance and behaviours that are in line with our values-led approach to working with each other and our sector.

Annual leave allowance for full time employees starts at 28 days a year plus bank holidays. This increases to 30 days once you’ve been with us for two years and 35 days when you reach five years.

Everyone also gets six days off each year, in addition to annual leave, to volunteer with organisations of their choice.
